Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Description

You will be responsible for executing the preventative maintenance schedule for commercial HVAC systems. This includes checking, servicing, cleaning, and replacing all filters in A/C, ventilating, and exhaust systems. You will also troubleshoot systems and coordinate work to be completed with other trades.

Responsibilities

+ Execute preventative maintenance schedules for commercial HVAC systems.

+ Check, service, clean, and replace filters in A/C, ventilating, and exhaust systems.

+ Troubleshoot HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.

+ Coordinate work with other trades as necessary.

Work Environment

The work environment is within a climate-controlled office building. The position follows a first shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with rotating on-call duties. The dress code includes shirts, pants, and hats.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
