Job Title: Quality Technician
Job Description
The Quality Assurance (QA) Technician plays a key role in ensuring that products meet the company's quality standards and customer requirements. This position is responsible for conducting inspections, audits, and tests, as well as supporting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure product quality and compliance.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and process capability studies.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, purchasing, and shipping, to resolve quality issues.
+ Ensure compliance with departmental safety rules, HR policies, and established procedures.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in using inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, and gages.
+ Experience with quality checks, quality control, and quality assurance processes.
+ Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
+ Competence in using Microsoft Suite and IQMS software.
+ Experience with CMM and Faro Arm equipment.
+ 4-5 years of quality experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in the automotive, machine shop, and electronics industries.
+ Faro Arm experience.

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
