Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with a focus on machine maintenance. Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose and identify the root causes of electrical failures, focusing 40% on high voltage and 60% on low voltage systems. You will work with electrical components such as controls, 3-phase motors, sensors, and VFDs. Additionally, you will perform mechanical troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, maintain conveyors, and respond to breakdown calls to troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions. You will also be responsible for recording tasks within the CMMS (SAP) and rebuilding mechanical and electrical systems while following lock-out tag-out procedures.

Responsibilities

+ Diagnose and identify the root cause of electrical failures.

+ Perform electrical troubleshooting on high voltage (40%) and low voltage (60%) systems.

+ Work with electrical components such as controls, 3-phase motors, sensors, and VFDs.

+ Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.

+ Maintain conveyors and respond to breakdown calls to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.

+ Perform and record tasks within CMMS (SAP).

+ Rebuild mechanical and electrical systems.

+ Follow lock-out tag-out procedures.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical failures independently.

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.

+ Mechanical troubleshooting expertise in pneumatics and hydraulics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ PLC troubleshooting (not required but beneficial).

+ Robotics troubleshooting.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing setting similar to a clean room. The role offers two shifts: 2nd shift, from 3:45 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday through Friday, and 1st shift, from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenwood, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
