Job Title: Concrete Laborer
Job Description
Join a dynamic team where you will be working on commercial construction job sites, performing concrete and general laborer duties. You will assist concrete finishers with materials and clean-up tasks, ensuring the site runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
+ Perform concrete finishing tasks on walls, flatwork, and sitework.
+ Assist with concrete pours and use hand and power tools effectively.
+ Maintain a clean and organized job site.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 2 years of concrete experience, to be validated by resume and references.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools, validated with candidate and references.
+ Ability to regularly lift up to 60 lbs for up to 10-hour workdays.
+ Possession of a valid driver's license.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with power trowel and walk-behind finisher is advantageous.
+ Familiarity with commercial concrete construction environments.

Work Environment
The role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions, performing physically demanding tasks in a bustling commercial job site. You will be part of a team that varies in size from 2 to 10 people, depending on the project. Work hours are from 5:45 am to 4:00 pm, starting at the shop in Jefferson. The dress code includes pants, steel-toe boots, and high-visibility shirts with sleeves. Personal protective equipment is provided by the employer, while candidates are expected to bring their own tools, including a 22 oz hammer, a tape measure, and a tool pouch.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
