    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    This role involves a balanced approach to maintenance work, split into 60% reactionary maintenance and 40% preventative maintenance. You will be responsible for both mechanical and electrical tasks, maintaining a 50/50 focus on each. The work involves diagnosing electrical systems, running power wires, identifying electrical drops and ground faults, and performing maintenance on various machines such as resistance welders, presses, molding machines, and robotic arms. The equipment ranges from older to newer models, ensuring a dynamic day-to-day experience.

    Responsibilities

    + Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems.

    + Run power wires and identify electrical drops and ground faults.

    + Perform mechanical and electrical work on equipment like resistance welders, presses, molding machines, and robotic arms.

    + Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery.

    + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

    + Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics, pneumatics, and 3-phase motors.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

    + Ability to troubleshoot 480v electrical systems.

    + Proficient in troubleshooting 3-phase motors.

    + Experience with reading hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.

    + Preventive maintenance experience.

    + Skills in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics and pneumatics.

    + Ownership of personal tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in troubleshooting PLCs, Inputs/Outputs, and Ladder Logic.

    + Familiarity with Fanuc and Yaskawa robots.

    + Completion of trade school or holding maintenance certificates.

    Work Environment

     

    The role is based in a union facility with an opening on the **2nd Shift from 3pm-10pm, Monday-Friday** . Daily overtime is voluntary, and every other weekend work is expected. The work environment is structured to support employees with modern systems and organized processes.

    The pay range for this position is $55619.20 - $62400.00/yr.
