Job Title: Refrigeration Service Technician

Job Description

As a Refrigeration Service Technician, you will maintain and repair Rack Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets. You will utilize your commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills, employing hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs. You will use the work order management system to receive repair Work Orders to support stores and store associates and document repair activities. Your role involves inspecting, operating, or testing facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain and repair Rack Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets.

+ Utilize the work order management system for receiving and documenting repair Work Orders.

+ Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.

+ Utilize hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs.

+ Lift up to 75 pounds and work comfortably at heights and on ladders.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with refrigeration, HVAC, and diagnostic testing.

+ Proficient in troubleshooting and installation.

+ 10 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.

+ Strong knowledge in electrical, field service, and industrial systems.

+ Refrigeration license and experience with refrigeration equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.

+ Type I/Type II or Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification for Refrigerant handling.

+ Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.

+ Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $104000.00/yr.
