    Job Title: Assembler

    Responsibilities

    + Perform assembly operations of a repetitive nature on mechanical components and sub-assemblies in the product line.

    + Use various hand and power tools to perform the work.

    + Assemble to form complete units or subassemblies at the appropriate location

    + Perform visual inspection and functional testing

    Essential Skills

    + Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.

    + Proficiency with hand and power tools.

    + Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, units of measurement).

    + Basic CPU skills including Microsoft Suite.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Assembly experience preferred.

    + Experience using torque equipment.

    + Experience in manufacturing preferred.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a temperature-controlled environment with required steel toes, safety glasses, and gloves. Shift options include 1st Shift (6:45 AM - 3:30 PM) and 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 1:30 AM), with the possibility of overtime and weekend support.     This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenwood, IN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $19.25/hr.
