    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    This role involves the preventative and reactive maintenance of production machinery and equipment on the machining side of a facility. The position requires troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on CNCs, furnaces, boilers, casting machinery, and industrial equipment. Responsibilities include working with hydraulics and pneumatics regularly, handling electrical tasks up to 480-volt three-phase motors, and wiring various machinery and equipment. Familiarity with PLCs for troubleshooting is beneficial, with engineers available for programming and editing tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform maintenance and repair of production machinery and equipment.

    + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.

    + Work with hydraulics and pneumatics consistently.

    + Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480 volt, three-phase motors.

    + Conduct preventative maintenance according to program schedules.

    + Engage in tasks involving welding, CNC machine troubleshooting, robotics programming, and PLC programming.

    + Install, align, and level new equipment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with PLC troubleshooting and editing.

    + CNC machine maintenance experience.

    + Robotic and automation knowledge.

    + Ability to wire control panels.

    + Machining, casting, or foundry experience.

    + Journeyman card or technical certifications.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
