    Job Title: Assembler

    **Location:** Fort Smith, ARK

    **Pay:** $17/hr - $18/hr

    Schedule:

    + 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

    + 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

    + _(Mandatory two-week training on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift)_

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated **Assemblers** to join our team for a new product line. You will be responsible for assembling fans and fan components specifically designed for data center servers. While previous assembly experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Electrical experience is also beneficial.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble fans and fan components according to specifications

    + Utilize and maintain equipment effectively

    + Comply with all safety guidelines and procedures

    + Work collaboratively as part of a team

    + Perform tasks in varied environments, including ladders, high places, and confined area

    Essential Skills

    + Basic mechanical aptitude for using equipment and understanding processes

    + Ability to identify and correct routine problems

    + Basic math skills

    + Commitment to performing quality work

    + High school diploma or GED

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Willingness to learn all tasks required to perform the job

    + Ability to work overtime as needed

    + Knowledge of general work rules, policies, and procedures

    + Good teamwork and communication skills

    + Ability to learn to operate equipment such as power hand tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Smith, AR.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
