Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

This is a pivotal role that involves stepping into the shoes of a retiring lead technician. The position is ideal for someone who can immediately contribute with existing knowledge or a professional eager to learn and train. The responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, installing new machines, and working with switches and relays.

Responsibilities

+ Perform preventive maintenance on various equipment.

+ Install new machines and replace old ones as needed.

+ Work with electrical components such as switches and relays.

+ Handle PLC programming and troubleshoot as necessary.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in PLC programming.

+ Proficiency in working with 220v and single-phase motors.

+ Experience with new installations.

+ Familiarity with OMRON systems.

+ Skillful in using multimeters for diagnostics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with Allen Bradley systems.

+ Ability to work Monday through Friday with minimal overtime.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.

- room for growth

- annual reviews and raises ( 3% is typical)

- Donovan who is leaving was the "lead"/ go to, so that spot will be opening up.

- ESOP program (best that the government will allow)

- once fully vested:

- they have a financial advisor for people come onsite once they get fully vested

- allowed to be apart of the shareholders meeting

- 401K - 6% match

- Vision, Health, and Dental
