Mechanical Assembler – 1st & 2nd Shift | Up to $22/hr

**We’re looking for Mechanical Assemblers** to join our high-volume production team. Your work will directly contribute to the assembly of solar panels and control panels—advancing sustainable energy technology in a modern, climate-controlled facility.

What You’ll Do

+ Assemble solar panels and control panels using hand and power tools.

+ Work on an assembly line to maintain efficient production.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

+ Solder and wire components as needed.

+ Handle small electronic components with precision.

Shifts & Pay

+ **Shift A:** $19.50/hr | Sun–Tue (every other Wed), 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

+ **Shift B:** $22.42/hr | Sun–Wed, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

+ **Shift C:** $19.50/hr | Thu–Sat (Wed), 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

+ **Shift D:** $22.42/hr | Thu–Sat (Wed), 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seminole, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $22.42/hr.
