About the Role

We’re seeking a Portfolio Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in supporting portfolio analysis, marketing initiatives, and deal execution. You’ll collaborate across teams to streamline operations, enhance reporting, and contribute to strategic projects that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

+ Portfolio Analysis & Reporting: Collect financial data, support valuations, and prepare performance reports.

+ Marketing & Fundraising Support: Create investor materials, manage data rooms, and assist with branding initiatives.

+ Deal Pipeline Management: Track investments and coordinate closing processes with operations teams.

What We’re Looking For

+ MUST HAVE 2–4 years of experience either in public audit, tax, and/or fund operations

+ Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

+ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

+ Self-starter with curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
