Description We are looking for a skilled Cost & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations and cost management for a dynamic organization in Miami, Florida. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to the optimization of warehouse processes and inventory controls. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure efficiency in managing raw materials, high-volume SKUs, and operational practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for inventory mapping and optimization to streamline warehouse operations.

• Supervise warehouse management projects, ensuring adherence to established controls and practices.

• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory and warehouse activities.

• Collaborate with teams to manage raw materials, blending, bottling, and high-volume SKU processes.

• Monitor and reconcile inventory levels to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

• Support the implementation of the NetSuite system in partnership with external providers.

• Conduct cost accounting analyses to identify areas for financial improvement.

• Ensure smooth execution of annual inventory counts and physical reconciliations.

• Maintain effective communication with bilingual teams to enhance operational efficiency.

• Address challenges in warehouse environments with proactive solutions. Requirements • Proven experience in cost accounting and inventory management.

• Strong knowledge of inventory mapping, optimization, and warehouse controls.

• Ability to manage raw materials, blending, bottling, and high-volume SKU operations.

• Expertise in developing and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Familiarity with NetSuite system implementation is a significant advantage.

• Bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse teams.

• Detail-oriented approach to inventory reconciliation and reporting.

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process improvements.
