Job Description:

The Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist with Ramp experience is responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable, including invoice processing, expense management, vendor communication, payment disbursement, and reconciliations using Ramp. This role leverages Ramp’s automation features to streamline AP processes, improve accuracy, and enhance workflow efficiency. The AP Specialist collaborates with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely payments and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process and review invoices and expense reports using Ramp.

+ Manage vendor payments and resolve payment discrepancies.

+ Reconcile AP accounts and maintain accurate records.

+ Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

+ Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize workflows.

+ Support month-end and year-end AP close activities.

+ Recommend and implement process improvements utilizing Ramp features.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

+ 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably with Ramp or similar automation platforms.

+ Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
