    **Hourly Compensation:** $25-$30, depending on experience

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Purchasing Coordinator (Entry-Level) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, dependable, and comfortable working with computers and digital systems. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting internal teams, and ensuring data integrity across various platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Enter, update, and verify data in company systems with accuracy and efficiency.

    + Review and correct data for errors or inconsistencies.

    + Assist with generating reports and maintaining organized records.

    + Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

    + Provide excellent customer service and support to internal departments and field technicians as needed.

    + Follow company policies and confidentiality standards.

    + Contribute to process improvements and problem-solving within the team.

    Qualifications

    + Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    + Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

    + Problem-solving mindset with ability to adapt to changing priorities.

    + Specific responsibilities and qualifications may vary depending on the needs of the company and the duration of the temporary assignment.
