**Shift:** 2nd OR 3rd shift

**Pay:** $27/hr (shift differential offered)

Position Overview

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and safety of all manufacturing equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform routine maintenance and inspections on manufacturing equipment to ensure peak performance.

+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues in machinery.

+ Implement corrective actions and modifications to restore and improve equipment functionality.

+ Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

+ Assist in the installation and setup of new manufacturing equipment.

+ Conduct performance testing to verify machinery efficiency and reliability.

+ Perform equipment setups by following detailed setup sheets.

+ Responsibilities may vary slightly depending on location.

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Technical or vocational training in mechanical or electrical maintenance preferred.

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or a related field

+ At least 2 years of experience maintaining hydraulic and electrical systems
