Our client is a global, research-driven pharmaceutical manufacturer focusing on treatment options for diseases and conditions for which there is no satisfactory treatment option to date. The company is looking for a Production Operator to assist their team!

**Pay** : $18.50/hr

**Schedule:** 1 st shift

**Location** : Ridgefield, CT

**Type of Job:** Year-long assignment with possibility of extending

Responsibilities:

+ Follow the direction and guidance of the BI Lead Technician during pilot plant campaigns.

+ Work closely with plant technicians and campaign managers to resolve equipment and process-related challenges.

+ Assist the BI Lead Technician with communicating batch status to chemists, analytical teams (Ch.D., MAS), and other project stakeholders.

+ Complete all required training prior to assigned due dates.

+ Participate in daily team meetings, including 9:00 AM and 2:00 AM group discussions.

+ Become proficient in equipment setup and operation, batch record documentation, and production-related calculations.

Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Experience working in bulk manufacturing

+ Experience reading batch records

+ Experience working for a pilot plant preferred

+ Able to troubleshoot equipment
