We are seeking a skilled, motivated **Veterinary Technician Supervisor (LVT or CVT preferred)** to lead our technician team, support hospital operations, and help drive excellence in patient care.

    Position Summary:

    The Veterinary Technician Supervisor oversees daily technical staff operations, ensures high-quality medical care, promotes teamwork, and supports doctors and hospital leadership. This role combines hands-on clinical work with leadership, training, and workflow management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead, mentor, and support a team of veterinary technicians and assistants

    + Coordinate daily staffing, scheduling, and workflow

    + Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations

    + Maintain high standards of patient care and safety

    + Provide advanced technical support: anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and emergency care

    + Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and industry standards

    + Maintain inventory and oversee equipment maintenance

    + Communicate clearly with doctors, staff, and clients

    + Address team concerns, promote positive culture, and support continuous improvement

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum **2–4 years of veterinary technician experience** required

    + **Supervisory or lead tech experience preferred**

    + **Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, RVT)** strongly preferred

    + Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

    + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    + Solid technical skills in anesthesia, radiology, dentistry, and patient care

    + Passion for mentorship, team development, and high-quality medicine

    Compensation:

    The pay range for this position is $25-$30/hr
