Amergis Educational Staffing is partnered with a school in Wareham, MA and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025–2026 school year.
Start Date: Approximately two weeks after offer acceptance
Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $70/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a BCBA to support an elementary school caseload, primarily in ASD and TLC classrooms. Key responsibilities include:
+ Conducting functional behavior assessments
+ Developing and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
+ Collaborating with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
+ Providing staff training and coaching
+ Collecting and analyzing data to guide decision-making
+ Supporting family communication to ensure continuity of care

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
+ Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
+ Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools
+ One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
+ Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
