Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School Setting (El Monte & Surrounding Areas)

Pay: Starting at $22 an hour - based on experience

About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide school-based ABA therapy services to students with autism and related developmental needs. You will work directly in classrooms, supporting students’ individualized education and behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

- Implement ABA strategies in a school setting to support academic, social, and behavioral goals.

- Collect accurate data on student progress and behavior.

- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical team members.

- Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Required:

- Experience as a Behavior Technician (BT).

- Preferred:

- Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification

- At least 2 years of experience working with children in ABA or related fields.

- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus).
