Job Summary

Lead the charge in redefining guest experiences! As the Vice President of Hospitality and Strategy, you will craft and execute high-impact strategies that elevate service standards, optimize operations, and drive excellence across all hospitality functions at M&T Bank Stadium. This senior leader will steer innovation, align cross-functional teams, and champion Levy’s commitment to exceptional experiences.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred

+ 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality or venue operations

+ Expertise in developing strategic plans and executing operational initiatives

+ Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-department operations

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise management platforms

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and lead the venue’s long-term hospitality and business strategy

+ Direct all food, beverage, and guest experience operations

+ Align departmental goals with Levy’s company-wide objectives

+ Build and nurture vendor and partner relationships

+ Collaborate with corporate leadership to implement best practices

+ Monitor performance metrics and lead improvement initiatives

+ Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards
