Salary: $68,640 - $80,000 / year

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and motivated Account Sales Customer Service Manager to drive revenue growth and enhance client partnerships across our micro-market and vending portfolio. This role is responsible for developing strategic account-level sales plans, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. Operational support will be provided on an as-needed basis to maintain service continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead revenue growth through strategic account development, upselling, and product expansion initiatives.

• Conduct routine site visits to strengthen client relationships, assess performance, and recommend tailored sales solutions.

• Develop, implement, and monitor account-level sales plans to achieve targeted profitability.

• Introduce new products, optimize assortment, and support retail pricing strategies to maximize account potential.

• Partner with operations during grand openings and new installations to ensure strong initial sales performance.

• Ensure merchandising standards and product availability meet client expectations and support consumer engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

• 1–2 years of sales, account management, or client-facing experience.

• Background in vending, micro-markets, food & beverage, or retail merchandising preferred.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and travel regularly to client sites.
