    Position Title: FACILITIES ENGINEER

     

    Salary: $75,000 - $80,000

    Pay Grade: 15

    **Other Forms of Compensation:** BONUS

    Job Summary

    Working as the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and directing programs to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment and provide a safe, clean and efficient operation. You will do this through the appropriate utilization of resources and delegation of responsibility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Ensures the safety of all operating equipment within the facility

    + Develops training plans and supervise technicians work skills

    + Monitors all work orders to ensure accuracy, completion, timeliness, and client satisfaction

    + Handles the procurement of all repair parts for routine, preventative, and emergency repairs

    + Develops and/or maintains a preventative maintenance schedule for all buildings and equipment

    + Maintains the departmental budget with focus on parts, supplies and labor management

    + Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent experience

    + Good working knowledge all aspects of plant maintenance to include but not limited to; Electrical, Boilers, Hydraulics, Compressed Air, Mechanical Equipment

    + Must be capable of reading technical schematics and blue prints

    + Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations

    + Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
