Job Description

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to lead the design of our holiday retail packaging for a major jewelry brand. This role focuses on creating luxury, tangible packaging experiences that elevate our brand during the festive season. You’ll design shopping bags, gift boxes, tissue paper with seal labels, and a signature holiday ornament—bringing seasonal elegance to every detail.

You’ll conceptualize and create holiday-themed packaging designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, ensuring each piece reflects our brand identity and festive charm. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to align designs with seasonal campaigns, prepare production-ready files, and coordinate with print vendors for flawless execution. Expect to research premium materials and finishes, manage timelines, and oversee quality checks for seasonal launches.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years in packaging or print design (retail or luxury preferred)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop)

Strong understanding of print production, dielines, and color management

Experience designing physical packaging (not just digital assets) Knowledge of luxury branding and seasonal trends

Familiarity with ornament design and specialty packaging

Strong communication and vendor coordination skills
