Job Description

Insight Global is assisting a large Cyber Security and Bug bounty client of ours in hiring a Associate Revenue Operations Analyst position that they have open. This role is a contract position and would last approximately 1 year. There is a possibility of potential extensions but it is not guaranteed at this time.

In this role, you will support reporting, data management, and project execution that helps drive revenue growth and contributes to company key objectives. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior operations or business analysis experience who is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain basic to moderately complex reports and dashboards for key revenue metrics

• Automate and streamline the process of creating accurate quotes for complex products and services by guiding them through product configuration, setting correct pricing, and generating professional proposals

• Assist with data quality initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency across revenue systems

• Manage and deliver on low-complexity projects or contribute to larger initiatives

• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions and identify trends

• Apply company policies and processes to solve routine problems and make informed recommendations

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success

• Seek and incorporate feedback from your manager and stakeholders to continuously improve deliverables

• Build internal relationships within the Revenue Operations team and the broader business

Skills and Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field

• Experience in configuring, pricing, and quoting in Salesforce

• Knowledge on lite troubleshooting and debugging issues in Salesforce

• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and experience with CRM or business intelligence tools (Salesforce, Looker, or similar)

• Familiarity with revenue processes and the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly

• Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage day-to-day tasks independently • A background with a SaaS or Cyber Security company

• Experience using Slack for internal communications

• Experience using the Google Suite and Zoom
