The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) is a highly strategic advisor and trusted consultant to senior leaders across the organization. In this role, you will leverage deep business insight and advanced HR expertise to shape people strategies that accelerate performance, strengthen culture, and enable long-term organizational success.
As a key partner to one or more lines of business, you will influence and guide decisions that impact team member engagement, retention, organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness. You will help create an environment where all team members can thrive—driving a culture rooted in inclusion, belonging, and high performance.
This role also serves as a peer coach and mentor to other HR Business Partners, helping elevate the HRBP function, strengthen service delivery, and promote best-in-class practices across the broader team.

What We're Looking For
+ Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree - Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field, required. Graduate Degree, strongly preferred.
+ Experience:
+ Minimum of seven years of Human Resources or related experience, required.
+ Three years experience with executive level consultation across multiple human capital domains to include organizational design and optimization, team member engagement, retention strategies, and performance management, required.
+ Three years experience in managing and implementing projects and strategic change initiatives. Experience in providing consultative services, preferred.
+ Three years health care or related field experience. Merger and Acquisition experience, preferred.
+ Licensure/Certification: PHR, SPHR, or other Human Resources Certifications, preferred.

+ Problem Solving: Strong technical and analytical experience, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills. Able to leverage data to tell a story.

+ Confidentiality: Respects confidential information.
+ Digital Fluency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint. Strong Excel skills required.
