The Customer Service Manager works with staff to execute all customer service-related activities and training. This role provides oversight and leadership with the service personnel to maintain Rush core values, providing the best service to our customers.

Essential Job Functions
+ Responsible for training, mentoring, and coaching new customer support hires and current employees and provides guidance on how to support customers.
+ Manages a team of customer support representatives.
+ Establishes goals and audits to support team functions.
+ Monitors team's performance based on goals set.
+ Enforces and audits procedures to build educational programs and supports workflows.
+ Reports progress on meeting business goals to General Manager.
+ Manages and supports other departments and programs in relations to business including, Applied Epic, Nitro, and DocuSign.

Basic Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years' experience in insurance, commercial insurance sales or management preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
+ Experience as a Customer Service Manager is required
+ P&C License required or the ability to obtain the license in 90 days.
+ Relevant training and or certificates for knowledge of customer service procedures.
+ Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier.
