    Our client, a leader in critical infrastructure support, is seeking a CE Facility Support Engineer - Electrical 3 - Nightshift to join their dedicated team. As a CE Facility Support Engineer - Electrical 3 - Nightshift, you will be part of the Data Center Operations team supporting electrical infrastructure across the Boydton campus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** CE Facility Support Engineer - Electrical 3 - Nightshift

    **Location:** Boydton, VA

    18 Months on W2

    **Pay Range:** $42 - $46/hr + Benefits & PTO

     

    Night Shift B: 12-hrs (Thu-Sat) & (Wed-Sat)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Support electrical infrastructures throughout the data center campus, including large-capacity facilities and smaller sites.

    + Perform shutdowns of Remote Power Panels (RPP) and Power Distribution Units (PDU) for maintenance and upgrades.

    + Conduct Power Interruption Testing (PIT) and manage critical load supply during maintenance activities.

    + Assist with building management systems (EPMS) and support master controller shutdowns or replacements.

    + Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and support high availability operations.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience working with electrical systems in high-availability environments such as data centers, hospitals, or manufacturing facilities.

    + All candidates must hold an OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification.

    + Fundamental understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).

    + Experience with building management systems (EPMS) and electrical infrastructure support.

    + High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; qualified electrical worker preferred.
