Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a Verification and Validation Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Verification and Validation Systems Engineer, you will be part of the R&D department supporting product development and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Verification and Validation Systems Engineer

**Location:** Hybrid from Batesville, IN 47006

What's the Job?

+ Contribute to system design and verification/validation activities for complex medical devices from concept through commercialization.

+ Define customer needs and develop or modify product system requirements and architecture to meet those needs.

+ Evaluate constraints, make trade-off decisions, and contribute to module-level design requirements.

+ Participate in product safety and security risk management activities, including DFMEAs.

+ Develop verification and validation plans, protocols, scripts, and reports, ensuring high-quality technical documentation.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.

+ 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or V&V activities.

+ Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations and Standards, including design control and risk management, is preferred.

+ Proficiency in systems engineering tools such as DOORS, Polarion, and Minitab.

+ Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
