    Our client, a leading innovator in the technology and manufacturing sector, is seeking a Project Manager (Process Improvement) in Menlo Park, CA to join their dynamic team. As a Project Manager (Process Improvement), you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline and standardize NPI workflows, documentation structures, and operating models.

    + Identify, prioritize, and drive execution across a portfolio of 30+ improvement opportunities impacting manufacturing, engineering, and program management teams.

    + Collaborate with global stakeholders to define standard templates, tools, and documentation systems for NPI readiness and reporting.

    + Facilitate cross-functional workshops to capture pain points, define requirements, and align on future-state processes.

    + Create and maintain a central repository of NPI process documentation, SOPs, and best practices.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 5+ years of program or process management experience supporting NPI, manufacturing operations, or engineering teams.

    + Proven success in process documentation, standardization, and optimization initiatives.

    + Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple improvement efforts simultaneously.

    + Experience driving cross-functional collaboration in large, complex organizations.

    + Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; able to influence without direct authority.
