    Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a dedicated Communications Office Manager -More of Administrative side to join their team. As a Communications Office Manager, you will be an integral part of the Public Affairs department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, organizational prowess, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Communications Office Manager

    **Location:** Plymouth, MN

     

    Pay Range: 28/HR -31/HR

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manage the GMEA contracting process, including Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and vendor setup requests.

    + Act as a liaison between business owners and supporting functional groups, ensuring high levels of communication and coordination.

    + Assist with calendar management, event planning, and expense reporting for team members.

    + Provide support for Public Affairs related SharePoint sites on the company intranet.

    + Support the team in executing agency contracts and statements of work to ensure compliance and efficiency.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively and Administrative Executive

    + Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across departments and external partners.

    + Experience with contract management and vendor onboarding processes.

    + Proficiency with SharePoint or similar intranet platforms is a plus.

    + Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules and work collaboratively in a team environment.
