    Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Recruiter who will specialize in supporting a key client's business needs, with the drive to understand talent, help others develop, and connect their skills to meaningful work. This is a long-term, W2 contract opportunity on-site in McKinney, TX. Must be Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, with a focus on client-facing recruiting within manufacturing and blue-collar environments. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, be adaptable to organizational change, and have the ability to articulate past recruiting successes. Experience with Workday and implementations is a plus.

    Required

    + Bilingual - must be fluent in both English and Spanish (write, read and speak)

    + Industry: 2+ years of recruiting experience

    + Education: High school diploma or equivalent

     

    Nice to Have

     

    + Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree
