    Amazon MGM Studios Studio Content Services team intakes, optimizes, stores, distributes and preserves all content, whether Amazon Original or MGM, across all post-Theatrical releasing strategies. In addition to intaking, managing and launching hundreds of Original shows and Movies on Prime Video each year, Studio Content Services also fulfills externally, delivering Amazon MGM content to over 1000 external endpoints worldwide.

     

    We are seeking an experienced Workflow Integration Manager to lead critical transformation initiatives that will modernize our content operations and drive operational excellence across Studio Content Services. This senior individual role drives the transformation of fragmented legacy processes into a unified, automated digital media supply chain. You'll lead enterprise-wide process optimization initiatives, orchestrating change across multiple stakeholder teams to deliver scalable, streamlined workflows.

     

    The ideal candidate brings deep media supply chain transformation experience and excels at orchestrating complex initiatives across internal teams, external vendors, and business clients. This role reports directly to the Head of Studio Content Services, ensuring fast decisions and broad project authority.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Own and drive the roadmap for transforming legacy digital inventory systems into a unified, Amazon-owned, automation-ready repository

    • Lead large-scale workflow optimization and process transformation initiatives across Studio Content Services

    • Manage complex stakeholder relationships across internal teams (Technology, Data Operations, business clients), specialized technical/transformation vendors, and post-production vendors

    • Establish and maintain comprehensive project tracking, reporting mechanisms (MBR), and success metrics

    • Drive deprecation of multiple legacy systems, develop new processes and ensure successful transition to these new processes

    • Bridge alignment challenges between teams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration

    • Produce high-quality written communications and status reports to keep diverse stakeholders aligned and informed

    • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and process improvements across content operations workflows

    About the team

    You will join Studio Content Services, a mission-critical team that intakes, optimizes, stores, distributes and preserves all Amazon MGM Studios content across all post-Theatrical releasing strategies. Our team manages hundreds of Original shows and Movies on Prime Video each year and delivers Amazon MGM content to over 1000 external endpoints worldwide.

     

    Working directly with the Head of Studio Content Services, you will have high decision velocity and broad scope to drive transformational change. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on how one of the world's premier content studios manages, distributes, and monetizes its valuable content assets.

    Basic Qualifications

    - 10+ years of post producer or post executive experience

     

    - Experience owning post production strategy and end to end delivery

     

    - • 7+ years of professional experience in media supply chain transformation, content operations, or digital asset management

     

    - • Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformation projects involving internal teams, external vendors, and business clients

     

    - • Demonstrated experience managing digital inventory, repository migration, or system consolidation projects

     

    - • Strong project/program management skills with ability to own roadmaps, track deliverables, and drive results

     

    - • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence without direct authority

     

    - • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including ability to produce clear status reports and documentation

     

    - • Experience working with technology teams and bridging gaps between business requirements and technical implementation

     

    - • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain focus on strategic objectives

    Preferred Qualifications

    - • Deep domain knowledge in media/entertainment industry, specifically in content operations or post-production workflows

     

    - • Deep knowledge with data operations and understanding of how content metadata supports business objectives

     

    - • Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems and content supply chain technologies

     

    - • Background in workflow automation and process optimization initiatives

     

    - • Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring adaptability and creative problem-solving

     

    - • Familiarity with vendor management, including technical/transformation vendors and post-production service providers

     

    - • Track record of successfully deprecating legacy systems and driving organizational change

     

    - • Knowledge of content licensing, distribution, and monetization strategies

     

    - • Technical aptitude with APIs, system integrations, and automation tools (beneficial but not required)

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $84,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
