    Adecco is looking for highly skilled and reliable **Exhibit Installers** in the **Los Angelas Area** that have aligned experience with exhibit installation in a museum environment. This installation encompasses the handling, assembly, fit out and bolting down of finished parts with attention to detail, extreme care and finesse with handling of elements.

     

    + Responsible for adhering to all Company and Project safety programs, policies, and procedures as well as all Federal, State, and local safety codes and regulations.

    + Ensuring all exhibits are installed efficiently, on time and per installation shop drawings

    + Build and assemble exhibit structures and other components using various materials and tools.

    + Ability to read blueprints or shop drawings with minimal supervision to apply working knowledge of the methods, equipment, materials, and tools to install highly complex, craftsman quality exhibits.

    + Cutting and shaping components and assembling parts.

    + Assure quality workmanship with cut, fit, and install of material according to specific measurements.

    + Help with moving materials and equipment.

    + Experience in safe operation of fork and scissor lifts

    + Good knowledge of rigging equipment used to connect and secure the load to a lifting device (wire rope slings, chain slings, eyebolts, U-bolts, and other attachments).

    + Ensures the accuracy of work by checking completed projects with tools such as levels, surveying equipment, or framing squares; corrects problems as needed.

    + Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and perform your duties in a manner that maximizes efficiency.

    Tool Essentials (self-provided):

    • 25’ Tape Measure

    • Speed Square

    • Hammer

    • Pencils / Markers

    • Box Cutter Knife

    • Impact drill

    • Hammer drill and/or regular drill.

    • Batteries and chargers aligned with power tools above.

    • Other essential hand tools along the way

    • Tool pouch, bag or travel box works best

    • **Hours: 6am – 2:30pm (MON-FRI)**

    o 30-minute lunch (unpaid)

    o 15-minute break (paid)

    **Pay Rate:** $27.00- $32.00 an hour
