Responsibilities for an Escrow Processing Assistant include, but are not limited to:
• Prepare, process, and organize escrow documents and files
• Review, verify, and route incoming paperwork and transaction details
• Maintain accurate file records while following company escrow procedures
• Communicate with internal escrow Branches to support file completion (no direct customer calls)
Candidates for Escrow Processing Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents
• Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines
• Experience in high-volume administrative or document-handling roles preferred
• 1–2 years of escrow experience strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
