• Machine Operator - B Shift

    Adecco is hiring a Machine Operator for a leading food manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering steady work, consistent hours, and career growth. We are specifically seeking a B Shift candidate who is open to transitioning to C Shift in the future based on business needs!

     

    **Pay Rate:** $19/hr

    **Location:** West Henrietta, NY

    **Shift:** B shift, transition to C shift

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Unload, store, open, and dump green coffee beans into receiving silos

    + Blend, bag, and weigh blended green coffee for outbound shipments

    + Set up and safely operate packaging machines; complete start-up checklists

    + Perform quality checks, including inspection and cleaning of magnets

    + Complete production reports and documentation

    + Conduct basic machine adjustments and minor maintenance

    + Inspect incoming deliveries; complete In-bound checklist

    + Replenish processing and packaging lines and remove finished goods

    + Complete accurate outbound shipment records, including Out-bound checklist

    Qualifications:

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    + Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs

    + 2+ years of production or packaging experience in the food industry strongly preferred

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
