Job Description: Mechanical Design Engineer
The Mechanical Engineer will play a key role in designing innovative equipment used in manufacturing processes. This includes creating systems such as dipping or coating systems, along with additional components. The engineer will conduct thorough research and analysis to determine the optimal approach for designing parts, processes, and systems utilizing both 2D and 3D design techniques.
Responsibilities
+ Design new equipment for manufacturing processes, including dipping and coating systems.
+ Conduct research and analysis to identify the best design approaches for parts, processes, and systems.
+ Utilize 2D and 3D design techniques to develop comprehensive designs.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and GD&T.
+ Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and mechanical design.
+ Experience in new product development and machine design.
+ Knowledge of sheet metal and HVAC systems.
+ 3+ years of equipment design experience.
+ 3+ years of experience with SolidWorks.
+ 3+ years of experience designing equipment involving fluid or powder flow.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Verona, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.77/hr.
