Position Summary
CVS Health is seeking a FP&A Analyst to join our Oklahoma Medicaid Finance team. This role will collaborate with finance, accounting, and operational business partners to help the local market achieve its financial and strategic goals. Primary responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the accounting month end close process.
• Payment processing and reconciliation.
• Preparing both internal CVS Health and external State financial reporting.
• Assisting the Health Plan with development of the budget and forecast.
• Performing financial analysis in support of business initiatives.
Required Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel
• 1+ years of experience of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (can be through education)
Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to work independently and to multitask under tight deadlines
• Experience with Hyperion, Oracle, Ariba
• Experience working for a large public company
• Knowledge of health insurance industry terminology and concepts
• Comfortable speaking to Senior Management and Executive Leadership
Education
+ Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics is preferred.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $76,500.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
