Be the first voice and face of a family organization! This role is the hub of all communication—answering calls, greeting guests, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. What You’ll Do:

+ Master our phone center and ensure smooth call handling during market hours.

+ Set up and manage call transfers

+ Handle incoming calls (low volume, with seasonal increases) and provide exceptional service.

+ Create a welcoming environment for visitors—offer refreshments and engage professionally when needed.

+ Use downtime productively while prioritizing work responsibilities.

+ Collaborate with team members to keep communication flowing seamlessly.

Requirements
