Description

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and confidential tasks. This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

+ Handle confidential correspondence and communications for executives

+ Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations

+ Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for leadership

+ Organize and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and phone calls

+ Assist in event planning and coordination for executive functions

+ Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate records for swift retrieval

+ Facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders

+ Support special projects and initiatives as directed by senior management

+ Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

+ 3+ years of experience in executive administrative support

+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing needs

+ Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

+ Demonstrated discretion dealing with sensitive information
