Description

The Warehouse Operations Specialist ensures efficient, safe, and accurate handling, storage, and shipping of products within a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee daily warehousing activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

+ Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and shipments.

+ Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and safety systems.

+ Supervise and support warehouse associates on processes and tasks.

+ Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

+ Assist in process optimization for productivity and space utilization.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ 2+ years’ experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution.

+ Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) preferred.

+ Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).

+ Good attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
