We’re assisting an innovative experiential marketing agency in hiring an Executive Producer to help lead their growing portfolio of B2B conferences. This role is perfect for a strategic production leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to contribute to a collaborative, people-focused culture. This is a Full-Time Opportunity

Job Title: Executive Producer

Schedule: 40 hours a week, some travel a few time a year

Salary: $140–160k

Job Type: FTE Opportunity

Main Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

+ Oversee end-to-end production for major B2B conferences and complex experiential initiatives. (Consumer-focused event experience is helpful but not required.)

+ Own all financial components of production, including scoping, forecasting, vendor bids, contract terms, and negotiation.

+ Recruit, coordinate, and supervise freelance staff and multidisciplinary teams throughout planning, pre-production, and onsite execution.

+ Act as a senior production lead—anticipating challenges, offering proactive solutions, and steering teams through fast-moving, multifaceted builds.

+ Manage all client-facing communication, guiding conversations with confidence and presenting plans and updates to senior stakeholders.

+ Assemble and organize the right internal and external talent needed for each project, ensuring strong collaboration and clear workflows.

+ Work in close partnership with creative, strategy, account, and operations teams to produce high-quality event experiences that meet both client and brand expectations.

Requirements

Top 3 Must-Have Skills/Experience:

+ Advanced budgeting and financial management for events and experiential builds.

+ Strong client management with polished communication and presentation skills.

+ Deep B2B event production experience (required).

Software Experience Required: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, Dropbox, and mastery in Excel.

(Project management or production tools are a plus.)
