    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to provide interim leadership during a leave of absence. This role will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring continuity in procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics. Expertise in Oracle ERP systems is essential for maintaining system integrity and supporting operational efficiency.

    Requirements

    + Supply Chain Operations

    + Manage procurement, inventory control, and production planning to meet customer demand.

    + Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.

    + Oracle ERP Management

    + Oversee supply chain processes within Oracle ERP, including data accuracy and workflow optimization.

    + Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT for enhancements or fixes.

    + Vendor & Stakeholder Management

    + Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.

    + Collaborate with manufacturing, finance, and logistics teams to align operational goals.

    + Performance Monitoring

    + Track KPIs such as inventory turns, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency.

    + Prepare regular reports for leadership on supply chain performance and risks.

    + Compliance & Best Practices

    + Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

    + Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

    + 5+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing.

    + Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems (planning, procurement, inventory modules).

    + Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
