    Contract Collections Specialist – Eden Prairie, MN

     

    We're seeking a skilled Contract Collections Specialist to work in Eden Prairie. MN for a contract opportunity.

    Responsibilities:

    + Contact clients via phone, email, and written correspondence to collect outstanding payments and resolve past due accounts

    + Research accounts and payment histories to determine reason for delinquency

    + Document all collection activities and interactions within the company’s systems

    + Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and support timely resolution

    + Recommend accounts for escalation or further action as needed

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + At least 2 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable

    + Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Familiarity with collection software and Microsoft Office Suite
