Description We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team in Bronx, New York. This is a contract to permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for growth, with a potential transition to a permanent role based on performance. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and repairs, ensuring seamless operations in a Microsoft and Office 365 environment.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.

• Conduct break-fix repairs and troubleshoot workstation problems in a timely manner.

• Provide support for Microsoft technologies, including Office 365 and Active Directory.

• Assist users with Mac systems and proprietary technologies as needed.

• Perform imaging and configuration of desktop workstations to meet organizational standards.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing technical concerns.

• Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.

• Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and user experience.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.

• Respond promptly to service requests and prioritize tasks effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop hardware and software issues.

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10 operating systems.

• Experience with desktop imaging and workstation setup.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of Mac systems and proprietary technologies is a plus.
