Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Novi, Michigan. Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Process and manage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to assist customers with spare parts and other needs.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order entries.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team goals.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.

• Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

• Strong skills in handling inbound and outbound calls effectively.

• Proficiency in order entry and managing customer accounts.

• Familiarity with spare parts and technical support processes.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
