    About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a a Securities Sales Program Analyst for our Structured Products Sales team responsible for the distribution of Fixed Income Products to our Asset Backed Finance Sales investor base.

    In this role, you will:

    + Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Securities Sales to meet the clients objectives

    + Review issues, policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverables

    + Receive direction from a manager

    + Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, compliance, and risk management requirements for the Securities Sales area

    + Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

    + Interact with internal and external clients

    + Participate in comprehensive reviews including report preparation and analysis of findings, and propose recommendations for a fundamental impact on future product quality

    + Determine appropriate course of remedial action, conduct investigative steps to fully identify the issues, and research product information, terms, conditions, or contracts

    + Review complex transactions, process gaps, or issue resolution that require in-depth evaluation and special handling

    + Contribute to the resolution of highly sensitive client inquiries

    Required Qualifications:

    + 6+ months of Securities Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Previous trading floor, middle office, or back office trade support experience

    + Demonstrated knowledge of securities products and services

    + Knowledge of Structured products

    + Meticulous regarding all details, adaptive to a fast-paced environment and able to perform under pressure with high motivation and energy

    + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    + Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

    Job Expectations:

    + Willingness to work on-site in accordance with current office requirements

    + Ability to work additional hours as needed

    + Visa sponsorship is not available

    + Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire.

    + Registration for FINRA Series 63 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire.

    + Registration for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire.

    + This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. In accordance with FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.

    + Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
