Description

The Network Optimization & Insights team supports our leadership in understanding our E2E network landscape for basic and NPL and to enable decisions for optimal outcomes. Topics of ownership vary based on business drivers and strategic initiatives, however examples of key analytic steering include tariff impact and mitigation planning, network lead time and regionalization efforts, Sakura Asia manufacturing network transition, new product innovation network planning etc. This role also is a key contributor transformation of our current supply processes to be digital and end to end – ensuring manual processes become digitized, our supply data is structured fit-for-use and unlocking new operational efficiency opportunities for our supply network.

+ Work cross-functionally to deliver network insights to support category strategies and strategic topics

+ Assist in creation of key models, tools and visualization templates to support future-state.

+ Collaborate with network planners, Global Supplier Management, Manufacturing and distribution to synchronize data and processes.

+ Provide input to data design and categorization to ensure transparency of the business.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, technology, interpersonal and presentation skills. The candidate should be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities. You should have:

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to “connect the dots” to extract insights from multiple data sources.

+ Ability to work both in the details and translate insight to senior leadership.

+ Knowledge of key concepts and metrics across the Supply Chain.

+ Spirit of continual learning and ability to seamlessly adapt to the needs of the organization.

+ Transformation mindset to transform existing processes to be more robust, digitized and efficient.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to grasp and articulate technical, operational and conceptual ideas at multiple levels.

+ Ability to collaborate with other divisions of the company to leverage internal expertise and deliver results within a global, matrix organization.

+ Ability to take initiative and work effectively, multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

+ University Degree required.

+ 7-10 years working experience in similar roles.

+ Prior experience in beauty, CPG or consulting a plus.
