Job Description
As we scale, we need a marketing specialist who thrives at the intersection of systems thinking and customer psychology. You’ll be part analyst, part campaign architect, and part CRM whisperer.
This role is tailor-made for someone who thinks in flows, builds in segments, and dreams in dashboards. You’ll support co-branded campaigns with our B2B partners, streamline enablement across our onboarding ecosystem, and continuously optimize marketing infrastructure that touches every part of our funnel—from partner acquisition to investor engagement.
What You’ll Build:
• Automated Campaign Flows: Design and deploy scalable email, webinar, and digital outreach campaigns that adjust dynamically to partner milestones and client behavior.
• Sales Enablement Systems: Architect marketing systems that support real-time onboarding, partner attribution, and conversion tracking alongside our sales and platform teams.
• Analytics with Intent: Generate clear, actionable insights from complex data using SaaS tools. Uncover what’s working—and what isn’t.
• CRM Integration Mastery: Own integrations and data hygiene across marketing, sales, and product systems to ensure alignment, visibility, and precision targeting.
• Partner-Facing Tools: Manage branded marketing modules (emails, microsites, resource hubs) to enable partners across tiers—without reinventing the wheel each time

Skills and Requirements
• Proven experience using marketing automation platforms (especially Apollo) to build workflows, segmentation models, and attribution systems.
• Comfort integrating CRM, VOIP, webinar, and analytics platforms—experience with Apollo, Aircall, and event-based triggers is a strong plus.
• Ability to navigate cross-platform marketing tech stacks, troubleshoot integrations, and manage third-party tools without hand-holding. • Experience working alongside product, sales, or engineering teams on complex CRM/data systems.
• Exposure to B2B2C or multi-tiered marketing models (franchises, partner networks, marketplaces, etc.)
• Prior work with real estate, fintech, or investment platforms—especially where compliance and data accuracy matter
