    Job Description

    Insight Global is assisting a client in Allentown, PA that needs seasonal support for a new product line they are launching across the US. This Production Support position will assist by ensuring there are no defect or quality issues with the product while wearing proper PPE equipment in a clean/sterile environment. The tasks will be focused on material handling, visual inspection, and documentation support.

    Product Handling & Material Movement

    • Move case to designated areas (heaviest item is a 6-pack of 700 g cans)

    • Load/unload pallets and transfer product to staging areas

    • Transport product on push carts between warehouse and clean-room

    Clean-Room Rework Activities

    • Enter and exit clean-room following gowning procedures (hoodie + Tyvek, gloves, hairnet, etc.)

    • Remove plastic overcaps using designated tools

    • Perform visual inspection for:

     

    o Cap defects

     

    o Dents, seams, or can damage

     

    o Foreign material

     

    o Label or print issues

     

    o Wipe rim and cap with sterile clean-room wipes
